职位描述：
1. Develop yearly plant CI training, Kaizen, Operations Excellence Assessment (OEA) - Basics and implementation plan based on plant strategy, actual situation and alignment with Regional, Corporate and China CI deployment strategy.
2. Lead, facilitate and make lean Kaizen workshops through working together with plant team (i.e. TPM, Wastes elimination, 5S, Visual Management, VSM, Standardized Work, SMED, Productivity Efficiency, One Piece Flow, Lean Layout, Kanban Pull System, Level Production, employee involvement, Variation reduction and six sigma etc.).
3. Organize and conduct monthly plant Operational Excellence Assessment (OEA) –Basics process, identify improvement opportunities and drive execution of action plan, make effective OEA-B as a vehicle to achieve plant operational excellence.
4. Develop and implement lean, OEA-B, CI training plan regarding philosophy, concepts, tools, processes and system and provide training to plant team.
5. Promote and establish lean and continuous improvement culture; coach plant team to use lean thinking to change mindset and important behaviors.
6. Leverage best practices sharing and speed up plant learning process of lean and six sigma and other aspects for establishing operational excellence.
7. Establish world class level TPM.
8. Maintain effective CI data and metrics collection and reporting system.

岗位要求：
3-5 years working experience in automotive lean manufacturing
Skills:
1. Rich experiences and proven results in successfully deploying Continuous Improvement - Lean in manufacturing operations environment of multinational company.
2. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
3. Results and process-driven change agent with high Gemba spirits.
4. Strong analytical and leadership skills
5. Good team player
6. Excellent written and oral English.
7. Experience in change management.
8. Major in IE, Lean, and Management Science;
