？ Above high school or technical school degree, mechanical or mold related background;

高中以上或技术专业,机械或模具相关背景

？ At least 2 years experience with tooling assembly, repair and adjustment (experience with progressive die, deep drawing die ,transfer die experience is preferred)

至少两年的模具组装、维修和调试经验(有连续冲压模经验, 深拉伸模,有传送模经验更佳)

？ Automotive product experience is preferred

汽车模具维修经验者佳

？ Good quality sense, can use variety of common measuring Equipment

良好的质量概念, 能使用各种常用测量设备

？ Can read mechanical drawings;

能读懂机械图纸

？ General computer skill;

基础电脑操作技能

？ Can work with 3-shifts working system.

能适应三班制工作体系下工作.

Responsibility

Transfer die, Progressive die, drawing die also transfer, gauges and bloster plate

传递模, 顺序冲模, 深冲模，还有传递板，定位板和支撑板

Executing of tooling maintenance and CIP tasks 执行模具维护和CIP 任务

Spare parts备件

Machining according work order und forward (soft machining or hard machining)

根据工作订单加工和转发 (软加工或硬加工)

Complete measuring spare parts according drawing and storing

根据图纸和存储完成备件测量

Assembly with coordination and tryout 协调和试验组装

Tryout on series machine 在串励电机上试验

Taking part in FMEA-discussion 参与FMEA讨论

Independent drawing reading 独立看图纸
