职位描述：

1. Provide feedback to the company on customer problems and expectations; If help is necessary contact the Messko colleague in Germany；

将客户的问题和期望反馈给公司如果有必要，与德国Messko的同事取得联系；

2. Be primary customer contact for the issues of Messko products, working directly with customers via phone, email, visit and on-site support;

通过电话、电子邮件、拜访和现场支持直接与客户联系，初步沟通关于Messko产品的事宜；

3. Technical support: answering customers' questions, solving customers' problem; Try to identify and find a solution for the customer within 12 hours

技术支持：解答客户问题，及时解决客户的困难；尽力在12小时之内为客户构想并确定解决方案，

4. Immediate feedback to the Messko Sales Manager about new projects and / or installed transformer bases (e.g. purchase of new transformer, use of competitor’s products, etc.) who will forward this information to the sales department;

及时向Messko销售经理反馈新项目或安装变压器的情况（例如，新变压器的购买，竞争对手产品使用情况，等等），以便于Messko区域销售经理将这些信息传递给销售部门；

5. Provision of specialized support for colleagues and other departments (product specialist).

为同事和其他部门提供专业支持（产品专家）。

6. Provide on-time, professional and effective onsite support service; Try to identify and find a solution for the customer within 12 hours.

提供及时、专业且有效的现场支持服务；尽力在12小时之内为客户构想并确定解决方案；

7. Production and assembly of spare parts in regard to the designated product spectrum and depending on personal qualifications.

根据个人资质，负责指定产品范围内的零部件的生产和装配。

8. Knowledge about assembly of the Messko products.

具备进行完整的Messko产品装配知识

9. Provide product presentation, seminars and technical training for customer in cooperation with the dedicated sales manager.

与销售经理合作，为客户提供产品介绍、研讨会和技术培训。

10. Provide technical service reports and forwarding of important information to responsible order processors.

起草技术服务报告并传递重要信息给负责订单的同事。

11. Preparation and postprocessing of service assignments (incl. prompt forwarding of documents for invoicing purposes).

服务任务的准备和后处理(包括及时传递开票文件)。

12. Documentation at site (e.g. by taking photographs) and reports of breakdowns, disturbances, irregularities or other incidents to Customer Support Team Leader;

向区域主管汇报现场记录（如，通过拍照方式）和故障、干扰、违规行为或其他事件的报告；

13. Preparation and execution of business trips in accordance with the company’s Travel Policies, provide efficient service report return from business trips

依照公司出差政策准备和执行公务出差，提供有效的出差报告。
