职位描述：
General Summary
Perform a wide variety of Quality Engineer support functions for Plant Quality Supervisor. Act as liaison between customers and plant, apply detailed program knowledge in collecting and/or creating reports using customer information. Issue requests for internal corrective actions and coordinate the closure.

Essential Job Responsibilities
1. Core team member of a project during project launch phase.
2. Create and maintain PPAP packages – APQP, PFMEA, control plans, SPC,MSA, etc.
3. Customer liaison for plant visits, customer issues and corrective actions
4. Manage customer complains, as the window of feedback to customer.
5. Support plant continuous improvement / scrap reduction projects
6. Maintain inspection instructions and coach inspectors.
7. Responsible for development, application and maintenance of quality standards for processes, materials and products.
8. Authorized to stop line when abnormal quality split occurs.
9. Comply with EHS system’s requirements

Qualification
1. Bachelor degree, preferably in an engineering technology field
2. 3 years experience in automotive quality
3. Familiar with automotive tools, e.g. APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, etc.
4. Good problem solving skills.
5. Good computer skills-Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
6. Excellent oral and written communications skills especially for customer interaction.
