Position Summary:
Under general direction from the Director of Sales, China, responsible for all activities within a designated geographical area. Serves as liaison between company and sales/service representatives within the territory. Implements approved sales/promotion plans and monitors sales expenses and budgets. Conducts sales meetings with distributors. Evaluates market conditions and competitor activity. Maintains contact with key accounts and negotiates on a personal basis when necessary. Conduct sales activities to achieve sales and profit goals within domestic markets for cooking solution and water filtration Foodservice products.

Essential Role Responsibilities
? Partners with outside Sales Representatives and distributors.
? Establishes and maintains relationships with outside sales force, designs and recommends sales programs and sets short and long-term sales goals.
? Evaluates and implements appropriate new sales techniques to increase the region's sales volume and makes recommendations for product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential.
? Presents and sells company product and services to current and potential customers.
? Establishes and maintains current and potential new customer relationships. Identifies and resolves customer complaints and concerns.
? Prepares a variety of status logs including but not limited to: activity, closings, follow-up, trip reports, and goals and objectives.
? Ensures effective communication is maintained on new product and service opportunities, special events, information, or feedback gathered through field activity.
? Support all relevant events such as trade show, customer/distributor meetings, seminar and promotion activities.
? Develops relationships with all departments to better meet needs of the current and new customers.
? Participates in sales and marketing events.
? Adheres to safety/security policies and procedures.
? Performs other related duties as assigned.

Essential Skills & Role Qualifications:
? Excellent organizational skills, interpersonal, planning and technical/problem analysis skills.
? Good communication (oral and written) skills in English
? Action/ detail oriented, strong customer service and leadership, and drive for results.
? Knowledge of production/quality standards, and assembly procedures/processes.
? Must be a team player with the ability to work in multi-task environment.
? Excellent formal presentation skills before both small and large groups.
? Experience selling diverse foodservice product offerings.
? Demonstrated problem solving and negotiation skill.
? At minimum, requires significant travel 40-60% to current and potential customers.
? Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook,) MRP Systems, and QAD (Preferred).
? Strong working knowledge of CRM programs.

Essential Education & Experience
? B.A or B.S in Business/Marketing or related business field.
? Knowledge of water filtration and food equipment industry and competitors a plus.
? 3-5 years field sales and customer service experience (with frequent customer contact preferred). 举报 分享
