职位描述：
1. Job Summary:
On this position, Candidate will work in Knowles Acoustic advanced manufacturing engineering team as Sr. Assembly process engineer. Candidate will be responsible for research, development and evaluation of microphones Assembly process from initial prototype stage to be repeatable, applicable and ready for manufacturing process qualification. These include but not limited to: new material, new tooling, new equipment, new technology and new process. the candidate need work directly with NPI and manufacturing process engineer to design and evaluate for high volume manufacturing .the position will be based at Knowles production facility in Suzhou China, Occasional overseas travel may be required.

2. Main Responsibilities:

1) Work with R&D personnel to introduce new process and technology into manufacturing factory to support new product introduction or mature product continuous improvement project.
2) Research, develop, introduce and evaluate new process and technology from design for manufacturing point of view. Simulate and verify microphone Assembly process through DOE, corner run and certain volume run to perform risk assessment and determine it is manufacturable process before transfer to NPI or process engineering team.
3) Assists Process engineering and Quality Assurance in solving process related yield loss, quality issue or customer complaints regarding product problems.
4) Utilize six sigma methods to perform DOE study, perform data analysis and generate engineering report as the determination of new process and technology introduction.
5) Responsible for AME development plan and coach AME engineer to achieve target.
6) Regular review and update AME project status to management team.

3. Job Specifications

1) Minimum bachelor degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics , Automation Engineering or equivalent;
2) Requires a self-motivated individual that has the ability to research, develop, introduce and evaluate new process, technology per new product needs.
3) Good communication and interpersonal skills to lead or work with cross-function team internally or external with oversea team.
4) Basic knowledge of semiconductor materials (PCB, lead frame, Epoxy and wafer) and fabrication processes.
5) Minimum 8 years working experience with strong background in semiconductor Assembly process knowledge and experience, experience for new process research, development and introduction is preferred.
6) Minimum 2 years of Management experience for Technical development team or Process engineering team.
7) Software skills including MSOffice, Excel and statistical analysis(Minitab or JMP) are required
8) Experience in Solid Works and/or AutoCAD or equivalent are desirable.
9) Be fluent in both spoken and written English.
10) Regular conference with oversea counterparts is required. 举报 分享
