职位描述：

Responsibility :

1) Create all the quality documents (Inspection plan , II, key dimension list)

2) Incoming inspection ( Al, gasket , machining component ,package…),

3) Managing/supporting /handling on supplier quality

4) In process inspection as WI/II requirement .

5) Internal defect analysis with production

6) Make internal audit plan and implement Internal audit ( process /product audit plan)

7) Training operator of product quality /gauge using etc. termly , enhance operator quality awareness

8）Outgoing inspection/checking

9) Cooperated with NIP to get the customer spec and translate to internal language

10) Other task from quality manager

Position requirement:

1) Bachelor degree or above in mechanical, electro-mechanism.

2) With 3 years quality engineer experience of Die casting field is perfect.

3) 3 years of auto industry experience and knowledge of 8D,APQP, FMEA,PPAP ,SPC ,MSA ,GD&T is requirement.

4) Ability to read 3D&2D drawing and CMM operation

5) Good communication skill in English & Chinese is needed.

6) Certificated of internal audit for ISO/TS16949 is perfect.
