职位描述：
Responsibilities职责：
- Be responsible to analyse and identify the application problem of our product in the customer plants, provide solution suggestion and technical support to customers 负责分析判定瓶盖产品在客户产线应用过程中出现的问题，给客户提供技术支持和解决方案；
- Support the sales manager in the customer relationship in the event of complaints or visits 协同销售经理访问客户，处理客户关系和投诉；
- Draw up visit reports and input in the information system完成客户访问报告并输入系统
- Work out technical results of customer visits and propose corrective and preventive actions to be implemented by the production plant 编写客户访问技术报告，提出工厂需采取的纠错和预防性措施
- Supports the quality department in the management of laboratory equipment and executions of tests on the finished product 支持质量经理管理实验室设备和成品质检
- Ensure compliance with ISO, HACCP, etc. present in the plant and at the customer premises 确保工厂和客户工厂符合ISO，HACCP等质量体系的要求

Required experience and competence经验和资格要求：
- College degree above 大专以上学历
- Over 5 years experience in beverage/brewage machinery or closures product, background of food and /or food contact packaging industry preferred. 五年以上啤酒饮料行业机械设备经验或瓶盖产品经验，食品包装行业背景，对瓶盖类产品有一定的了解并具备相关生产设备的经验；
- Ability to manage customer relations 管理客户关系的能力；
- Ability to report and analyze the root causes and define the corrective actions aimed at improving the application of the-product at the customer lines 分析和解决问题的能力，能报告和分析问题根源，能提出方案改善产品在客户产线上的应用；
- Proactive, analytical, mechanical manual dexterity, speed of execution 善于合作，分析能力，机械动手能力，快速执行力；
- Caution and discipline in the management of problems at the customer 管理客户问题时谨慎，符合公司准则
- Computer skill of Microsoft office 电脑办公软件熟练
