职位描述：
Responsibilities:

1.Make and implement annual training plan.
2.Coordinate and track internal and external training. Training data analysis and reporting.
3.Be responsible for the annual audit and SR audit.
4.Organize activities such as birthday party and annual party.
5.Assist supervisor with recruitment.
6.Other tasks assigned by supervisor.


Qualification：

1.Bachelor degree. Major unlimited.
2.Logical thinking and working. Be good at communication.
3.With more than two years’ working experiences in training. Be capable to lead a training project independently.
4.Good ability in speaking and written English. CET-6 is preferred.
5.Excellent Microsoft skills especially in Excel and PPT.
6.Experience in organizing activities with more than 200 people joined in is preferred.
