Summary 概述:
The Line Maintenance Manager is responsible for providing leadership in order to achieve the required operating results and initiatives in ShilohCore Production Line. In addition, the Line Operating Manager is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality and delivery to accomplish manufacturing objectives and to satisfy customer expectations.
产线维护经理为ShilohCore生产线实现既定的营运结果以及创新活动起领导作用。同时负责保持最高标准的安全、质量和交付来实现生产目标以及满足客户的期望。

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 基本职责与义务：
1.Accountable for Safety and Environmental Culture and systems throughout the production cell and lead and work together with team members to drive optimum Safety, Quality and Delivery results and expectations, focusing on production line equipment maintenance and ensure the stability of the production line.
负责建立全工厂范围内的环境与安全文化和体系，同时领导并与团队成员合作优化工厂的安全、质量和交付结果及期望，重点维护产线设备电气确保产线稳定。
2.Facilitate the identification, selection, prioritization and assignment of projects with an emphasis on those that have breakthrough potential.
负责对要开展的项目进行确认、选择、排先已经分配，特别对那些有潜在突破的项目重点关注实施。
3.Lead the application of SPS tools and appropriate project planning tools to improve processes, eliminate waste, and reduce cycle time.
领导SPS工具的应用以及使用恰当的项目管理工具来改善流程、消灭浪费以及缩短生产周期。
4.Responsible for implementing a cost-effective preventative maintenance program to maintain production equipment in an efficient, safe operating, manner. Follows through with daily checks for accuracy and progress.
实施成本经济的预防性维护保养项目以确保生产性设备处于有效、安全、有序的工作状态。对于实施的正确性与进程进行日常检查。
5.Identify, establish, and deliver measurable projects for continuous improvement and regularly evaluate its effectiveness with team members, functional and/or supporting teams
识别、建立并设定可量化的持续改进流程项目并定期与团队成员、跨职能/或支持团队评估其有效性。
6.Able to communicate with management team, production, maintenance, quality and Shiloh Global for line operating issues.
能够就产线运行中的事宜与管理团队、生产、维修、质量职能以及Shiloh全球进行沟通与商谈。
7. Implementation of TPM and improve the maintenance process and OEE, reduce the breakdown time.
实施TPM, 在维修流程和OEE方面落实改进, 减少停工时间。
8. Trouble shooting in mechanical and hydraulic side, and improve current machines
在机械和液压方面想办法解决问题， 并改进现有机器。
9. Support MRO control, regularly inspection and Maintenance of Machinery operations
支持MRO控制、定期审核和机械运行维护。
10. Work out improvements of Machinery and support for EHS’s improvement
指定机械改进和EHS改进计划。
11. Collect and create the documentation for machines parts and assembly drawings
为机器零件和装配图收集并创建文档。
12. Manage the spare part for mechanical side and purchase the spare part according to the technical requirement
管理机器方面的零件并根据技术要求购买零件。
13. Be responsible for new machines installation, commissioning and acceptance track
负责新机器的安装调试和验收记录。
14. Provide technical training and support to all maintenance technicians, improve their capability of trouble shooting
提供技术培训并支持所有技术维护，并不断改进问题解决能力。
15. Work out improvements of machinery and automation and support for EHS improvement.
指定机械及自动化改进方案，并支持EHS改进。
16.Ability to work overtime and able to travel.
可以加班工作，可以出差。
17. Manages the activities of Production Staff and coordinates all Business Unit production and engineering employees to guarantee and support line normal operation.
管理生产部门员工以及协调所有业务单元中与生产工程相关的员工活动，以确保支持产线的正常运行。

Qualifications 任职资格：
1.Bachelor’s Degree (or graduate level) in Engineering/ related technical field and minimum of 5 years business experience in key Operations functions such as engineering, supply chain, etc.
工程或者相关技术领域的学士（或者大专）学位，至少5年在例如工程、供应链等营运职能方面的工作经验。
2. Knowledge and Background of the practical application of engineering science and technology. General knowledge of metal stamping, aluminum die casting or magnesium die casting, especially in Metal Stamping and Welding knowledge and Experience (preferable).
在工程学与技术方面有实践经验。在金属冲压、铝合金压铸、镁合金压铸上有基础知识，特别在金属冲压与焊接上具备专业知识以及（最好）有相关经验。
3. Familiar with CNC turning machine, grinding machine, heat treatment machine, press/punching machine, robot. Welding assembling machine etc.
了解CNC车床，热处理机， 冲压机和机器人，焊接机等。
4. Able in electric installation of machines, and heat treatment experience
能进行机器电子安装和热处理工作经验
5. PLC and NC Program editing (Siemens, NUM, MITSUBISHI AB robot, ABB or others)
有能力进行PLC 和NC数控程序编辑
6.Must have demonstrated high-level project management leadership role(s).
必须具备高层次项目管理的领导者能力。
7.Must have demonstrated ability of good language ability and communication skills. Fluent in Written and Reading, Good at Speaking and Listening English.

8.Demonstrated continuous improvement and problem-solving skills.
