职位描述：
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Integrate activities within Supply Chain organization to ensure consistent and appropriate mutual support;
2. Participating supplier development projects on Sites behalf. Evaluate, establish and develop reliable casting, Machining suppliers with respect to quality, service, price and capabilities;
3. Interprets, implement and administers FLS sourcing policies and procedures;
4. Qualify, develop and manage suppliers in China. Sourcing activities include, but not limited to:
1) Selection, assessment of suppliers
2) Auditing and developing suppliers through emerging markets in Asia Pacific Region to achieve Strategy Plan and Operating Plan;
5. Ability to analyze complex internal and external data to drive process and product improvement;
6. Drives compliance to regulatory, customer, and industry quality requirements through continuous improvement techniques and the use of Six Sigma, and Manufacturing Process Control tools and methods;
7. Teams with other business functions to ensure that assigned suppliers are capable of new product launches and incremental business growth to meet/exceed customer performance objectives;
8. Drives improvements at supplier to achieve benchmark quality and delivery levels On-time Delivery and Quality performance management to established goals;
9. Report performance or key metrics on a monthly basis by projects;
10. Implement systems for new suppliers evaluations/qualifications and supplier scorecards
11. Maintain effective relations with peers, colleagues and management; serve as the primary liaison between Sites/Commodity team and suppliers;
12. Participating inter- and intra-region conference calls per required.

SELECTION CRITERIA
1. Good command of verbal and written English
2. Strong sourcing, procurement, and supplier quality experience in mechanical industries (have strong casting materials background) that have similar manufacturing technologies used in valve industries.
3. Self-starter who can operate with minimal supervision
4. Demonstrating a history of being a team player in a cross matrix organization

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
1. Minimum 5 years of working experience in the casting area of valve or similar industry engaged in Supplier Development;
2. Experience and a high level of knowledge of casting and technical operations;
3. High level of analytical ability to assess and resolve complex, technical problems;
4. Demonstrated ability to work independently;
5. Previous experience working with suppliers;
6. Candidate has operated in a matrix organization;
7. High degree of desk-top computer proficiency and familiar office systems;

DESIRED ATTRIBUTES
1. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and materials specifications
2. Experience in casting processing, e.g. aluminum, metal and etc.
3. Good written and verbal skills in English and Mandarin
4. A confident and independent person with high level of integrity and trust
