职位描述：
Main Responsibilities & Tasks

1. Initiate, perform and improve logistics process to comply with all local laws and policies.

2. Keep company management informed of local laws and changes in such as they relate to customs and taxes.

3. Maintaining the companies Customs functions both importing and exporting.

4. Maintaining the bonded Raw Material / equipments/Scrap Inventory and get them recorded accurate during the receipt, stocking and out processes.

5. Maintaining and assuring the accuracy and integrity of Customs Records .

6. Provide recommendations to operations for improvement, such as duty-free Inventory Management / duty-free Equipments.

7. Coordinate with Local Custom center to reconcile the duty-free book timely;

8. Control the bonded material from receiving, production consumption/scrap to FG sales and scrap sales to get the duty-free book well balanced.

9. Work with the local auditor together for Customs bonded Inventory .

10. In charge of shipment tracking, optimize import and export process to improve cost, efficiency and service.

11. Assist with obtaining company Sales Team for other growth opportunities.

12. Strictly abide by company Employee Handbook, and meet the requirements of Company Code of Conduct.

13. Obey the requirements in health, security and environment defined in in training system.

14. Assume other responsibilities as directed by Financial Controller. People management, make plan and implement for team employee development.

 

Job Requirements & Competencies

1. Degree Graduate, major in The international trade.

2. Familiar with local and EPZ customs policy. More than 5 years related experience with a multinational company,and relevant experience with comprehensive experience from similar position in multinational company in SIP.

3. Strong international freight experience.

4. Good VMI warehouse experience.

5. Good English skill both Oral and Written.

6. Excellent PC skills (excel & word).

7. Good communication skill.

8. Good teamwork spirit.

9. Ability work under high pressure.
