职位描述
The position will take lead to design and manage sourcing strategy, make channel selection decision, gather the market intelligence and drive efforts to meet the critical staffing needs.
1) Provide external market intelligence to help formulate the HC forecast, work with HR team and line manager to better understand personnel needs and workforce planning strategies and develop effective marketplace recruitment strategies to attract and recruit a wide variety of candidates.
2) To understand job recruitment and initiate hiring related communications, coaching hiring managers and internal HR teams on external market & industrial trends as well as providing talents advice on insights and recommendations for future talent acquisition needs.
3) Manage recruitment channels and related vendors by designing measuring metrics, conducting vendors selection process and negotiating contractors on a regular basis.
4) Manage hiring process including JD clarification, resume screen, selection, candidate evaluation,offer, negotiation. Facilitates the process for detailed reference checking and related on-boarding handovers.
5) Develops an effective pipeline and database of key talent potentially available for hire in the future with strong focus on sourcing passive candidates through networking, calling, social media, complex internet searchers and research.
6) Ensures accurate and well-organized documentations during all recruitment process.
7) Make recruitment related data analysis reports as required.
8) Support or take lead the other HR projects, ER Managment,People development project,new plant talent team building up.
Requirements:
1) At least 6 years' solid HR recruitment or employee relationship management related working experience.
2) Familiar with recruitment process, tools, interview related knowledge ( STAR...) and hiring laws.
3) Organized, proactive, details-oriented, focus on results, good communication skills.
4) Good at Microsoft Word, Excel, Power-point, speaking and writing English.
5) Employee Relationship management working background is a plus.
