工作要求Job Requirements

1. 本科以上学历，模具设计与制造/机械/高分子等相关专业优先；

Bachelor degree or above, major in Tooling Design & manufacturing, Mechanical or Macromolecule is a plus;

2. 10年以上精密注塑模具行业设计、加工及注塑等经验，不少于3年的主管工作经验；

At least 10 years experience of precision injection mold design, manufacturing or injection, more than 3 years on a supervision level;

3. 精通精密注塑模具制作、设计、工艺流程管理；熟悉注塑工艺流程管理，质量控制管理；

Professional in tool making, design and process management of plastic injection mold and zinc die casting tool

4. 良好的英语听说读写以及2D+3D软件应用能力；

Good command the oral and written English level and 2D+3D software application skill.

5. 良好的沟通、组织管理及协调能力；

Good communication, team building and coordination skill.

6. 拥有良好的注塑模具专业技能，知识和态度去有效地贡献生产和利益的最大化；

Have the relevant molding tooling skills, knowledge and attitudes to contribute effectively to maximize productivity and profits.

岗位职责Job Responsibility

1. 管理前期模具工程团队，完成公司新模具开发相关任务；

Lead advanced tooling team to complete all technical tasks for new tooling development;

2. 制订并维护伟速达中国模具规范，管理伟速达中国模具供应商基库；

Formulate and maintain VAST China tooling standard, manage VCN tooling supplier base;

3. 对潜在供应商进行考核,为新项目开发新供应商

Audit and qualify potential tooling supplier, development new suppliers for new projects.

4. 根据项目要求主导新模的技术开发评审，设计结构分析,图纸审核并制定模具开发技术规范；

According to the project timing, dominate the new tooling design analysis, technical review, and build the related development specification.

5. 参与模具供应商选择，保障项目节点顺利达成；

Selecting capable tooling supplier in time to meet project timing milestones;

6. 主导新模具的开发与试制过程符合公司要求，确保模具的顺利转移；

Leading the new tooling development process and trial run activities meet company’s requirements, and ensure the transferring smoothly.

7. 记录和追踪新模具的所有变更点，监控模具开发过程；

Record the change points of new tooling, and monitor the whole development process.

8. 及时处理模具移交前后的模具问题，全程负责新模具的试制和协调工作,满足项目进度要求；

Timely solve the tooling issues，take full responsibility of trial run and coordination of new tooling to meet program requirements.

9. 追踪新模具的实际状况，确保模具移交的实施和后期服务保证，加强模具维修人员的新模结构知识培训；

Tracking the actual status of new tooling, ensure the transferring and service efficiency, and strengthen the training of maintenance technicians.

10. 及时的整理模具档案，跟踪和监控模具的维护与保养;

Timely implement the tooling documentation, tracking and monitor the mold maintenance resume.

11. 协调并解决供应商与公司之间的技术问题；

Coordinate and solve technical problems between customer and company.
