? Do "Apple to Apple" comparison on stationery
? Responsible for office access control
? Book hotels and train/flight tickets
? Responsible for booking meeting room time table
? Order lunch and overtime dinner for team
? Greet visitors
? Cooperation jobs with HR
? Prepare business report for managers
? Coordinate logistics for team building and meetings

Requirements
? Bachelor degree in English, Administration, Management, Marketing, etc.
? Clear voice, patient and co-operative in answering telephone calls and support team members and customers
? Take initiative, accountable and team-oriented
? Fluent in both Chinese and English
? Good communication skills
