2、负责招聘职位信息拟定、发布、按流程对应聘人员进行初选和面试、甄别、录用通知及办理入职手续,初选通过的关键岗位及主管级(含主管)以上人选需提交经理面试审核、督办;
3、负责校园招聘、网络招聘、人才市场招聘等发布渠道的公关联络及招聘信息的维护、更新;
4、办理入职人员劳动关系相关手续(报到,转正,调动,离职);协助相关职能人员做好入职人员档案建立与入职培训。以上4点除人才市场招聘需要外出便利,其他均可在线远程操作;
5、岗位试用期4个月,在校生试用期内可以***;公司可以为2017届人力资源管理专业毕业生提供实习!公司实行弹性工作制,可在家办公(公司提供办公APP、钉钉APP、共享网盘、在线office和企业微信);试用期结束择优转正录用,并做为本公司骨干重点培养,晋升空间巨大;公司可为外省籍毕业生(需成为正式员工)办理上海市户籍;
