Job Description & Responsibilities

We are looking for a high-caliber entry-level person to provide support the Clients & Markets program in China and Hong Kong. The focus of the role will be to work with the Clients and Markets team in China to coordinate various firm-wide programs. The role will incorporate the following responsibilities but will not be limited to:

· Support the Clients and Markets team in implementing program objectives and strategies

· Organize partner meetings, presentations and events, and work with Business Development senior executives on content development

· Update available tools and materials; maintain contact database as needed

· Work with the team on planning and executing Account Planning Workshops, and provide logistical, administrative support as requested

· Provide ad-hoc research for client meetings, events and as-needed basis

· Building internal relationships with line of service staff, IT professionals and the Finance team

Requirements

· Understand the firm – how it works and how to get things done

· Degree holder in Marketing or equivalent discipline

· One- two years business development experience, ideally in a professional service environment

· Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint 2007 and Microsoft Excel 2007, familiar with Microsoft Word 2007 (Strong Excel skills is ideal)

· Ability to think laterally and multi-task

· Well developed and professional interpersonal skills

· Ability to interact effectively with people at all organizational levels of the Firm

· Strong organizational skills and able to work autonomously with minimal supervision

· A positive and willing-to-learn attitude

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
