职位描述

Job Description & Responsibilities

Firm-based activity (80% of time)

I. Outbound Program

· Working with Team Leader and Outbound Leader to executive and implement the Outbound Strategy

· Serve as the primary contact to territory Chinese Business Network teams

· Manage territory visits and regular cross-territory update calls

· Work with M&C on Outbound related events and marketing materials

· Responsible in reporting/tracking outbound opportunities


II. Priority Accounts Program

· Working with Markets Leader to manage the Firm Priority Accounts Program in China and executing annual action plan

· Responsible in providing timely financial reports and analysis

· Be the central point of contact to Account Teams on providing information/guidance on account management toolkits, APW support,proposal support, and etc.


III. Account Management

· Providing account management support on select key accounts; act as central point of contact for local and regional/global account teams

· Gather and distribute client intelligence to team members

· Distributing thought leadership, event invitations to clients

· Support account teams on identifying opportunities and proposals


IV. Market-based activity (20% of time)

· Identifying needs and driving opportunities on assigned key accounts (i.e. attend client meetings as needed; participate in client feedback interviews, etc)

· Identifying appropriate PwC experts to introduce into relationships

Representing the firm at seminars and presentations to meet new contacts


Requirements

Education

· Educated to at least degree level

Work experience

· Experience of working in China; oversea work experience is a plus

· Experience in working within Big 4 or Consulting environment; especially in business development / program management capacity

Personal characteristics/capabilities

· Fluent Mandarin and English (speaking, reading and writing)

· Outgoing personality with well-developed social skills

· Flexible and adaptable

· Curiosity and hunger to learn – interest in building their understanding of the firm

· Excellent analytical, planning, organizing and team building skills;

· Excellent project management skills, interpersonal and communication skills;

· Be mature, proactive, committed, motivated with strong sense of teamwork;

· Excellent leadership and business development skills
