职位描述

Main Roles & Responsibilities:

Prepare monthly (Quarterly/Annual) manage reporting package with draft finance insight for management review.
Ensure accuracy of entire financial data and submit report timely.
Collect and track sales team monthly performance. Ensure the accuracy of each sales team performance count both GI and Revenue. Do an analysis and comparison from various angle, e.g. by product, by team...
Assist management layout company annual budget, including PL, Revenue by biz, etc. Provide various scenario for management decision.
Partner with biz team, consolidate biz Revenue outlook by month. Identify risk & opportunity for management reference proactively.
Review and update working process. Lead FP&A team continue driving accurate and efficient.
Lead and hoc project related to FP&A, such as BPI.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor Degree, majority in Accounting or other relevant area;
More than 3 years relevant working experience of Accounting or Finance analysis;
Familiar with office software, especially Excel and Power Point. Experience of Oracle system is preferred.
Strong analytical skills, logical thinking and willing to go to detail;
Good people management;
Self-motive and accountable, can work under pressure;
Fluent in English both speaking and writing.
