Position Title: Maintenance Supervisor
Reports to (position title): Method & Maintenance Manager
MISSION
Lead maintenance team to control & maintain all equipment & facilities of SSAM, to achieve high utilization of equipment and facilities, and keep them in good running condition.
(What is the expected contributions of the position to the results of the organization)
Plan and organize equipment and facilities maintenance to meet production needs and regulation requirements; manage and control spare parts; retain key staff, competency build up and backup; reduce production equipment breakdown rate, ensure daily production and increase production efficiency; support specific project for equipment approval, improvement, issues solving in Product Realization Process and facility modification,
REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor degree majored in mechanical/electrical/automation
Job Related Experience: More than 3 years maintenance on-site experience and 2 years maintenance management experience
Business Understanding: Have electric industry experience
Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills): Good at written and spoken English, CET-4; MS Office, CAD; better understanding of PLC is preferred. Strong knowledge on maintenance tooling
