职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. In charge of the daily operations for the complete Logistics functions, including Warehouse, Import & Export, Customer Service ;
2. Set up the annual target for the dept. and break down, support subordinate to implement
3. Implements dept. people training and development work, focus on improve employee engagement
4. Be responsible for management on the dept. safety
5. Warehouse and Logistic budget planning for AOP and daily tracking
6. Management inventory (F/G, components, Package) well in accuracy, FIFO
7. Implement good 5S in all warehouses
8. Arrange well about plant logistic system
9. Management SAP system, make inventory in safety
10. Make people safe in efficiency
11. Review and analysis inventory and raise report

Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree or above (logistic background)
2. 5years warehouse or logistic management experience
3. Listen and writing English well
4. Good PPT report skill
5. Familiar SAP system and logistic system management
6. Leadership experience
7. Strong interpersonal and communication skill
8. Reliable, flexible and competent
