Position Summary

Support BPO Department Head to analyze, review, design optimization of business processes in China different functions. This position in Kun-Shan will support process mapping and process analysis and change rollout by partnering with functional teams, IT teams to improve operation efficiency, reduce waste and strengthen control.

This is CORPORATE ROLE covering every aspect, NOT PURELY Factory-oriented Process Optimization role.

1. Responsibilities

1.1 Process Mapping, Design and Measurement

Partner with China functional teams to understand and analyze current business processes across different functions in China region.

Facilitate the As-Is Process mapping and process analysis.

Provide advice in redesign of business process considering both efficiency and control.

Collect feedbacks and prepare summary on change rollout assessment.

1.2 Process Change Project Implementation

Manage small to medium sized process change projects on scoping, business case development.

Arrange necessary communication, documentations or trainings for implementation of changes.

Communicate process change requirement to technology stakeholders for relevant system change (e.g. Workflow/SAP).

Partner with technology counterparts and administrator to determine the acceptance of system change in responding to change requirement.

Coordinate SOP or Process Maps approval across functional teams and senior management.

1.3 Build Continuous Improvement Culture

Support Department Head on promoting BPM methodology and benefits.

Organize and prepare BPM / CPI trainings.

Research best practice sharing.

2. Requirements:

2.1 Education:

Bachelor Degree in Information Systems / Supply Chain / Industrial Engineering / Finance or other disciplines. Six Sigma, Lean, other BPM certification preferable.

2.2 Specific Business Knowledge

Good understanding of relationship between business processes and how these are connected to enterprise systems in a MNC / global organization, preferably life science and/or pharmaceutical business.

Strong Process mapping skill from As-is to To-be, design and documentation.

Good consulting skill to facilitate a problem solving oriented discussion across different stakeholders.

Good Understanding of Business Process Management / Improvement methodology.

Good Understanding of change management and project management.

SAP MM/PP/FICO knowledge preferred.

2.3 Relevant Working Experiences

Around 5-years solid experience of working as an analyst/project leader on process improvement/re-engineering projects involving multiple stakeholders or transformational program across different geographical areas/regions.

Knowledge / exposure to Manufacturing, and Supply Chain and Finance business process knowledge a plus.

Hands on experience in implementation on change initiatives like large system implementation, business transformation, M&A a plus.

Have large project management experience.

2.4 Others (e.g. Language, PC Knowledge)

Aptitude to challenge as-is Quo.

Can communicate effectively with Mandarin. Can read and listen to English.

Willing and able to talk to different levels of people.

Can present complex processes in simplest business story and terms.

Ability to organize virtual team discussions.

Willing to be Hands-on.

Analytical.

Experience in Process Diagramming tool.

ERP package knowledge know-how, SAP a definite advantage.

Occasional Business travel.
