Customer Service Account Manager 客户服务经理
GSSI is an American trading company headquartered in Los Angeles with a branch office based in Suzhou Industrial Park. We specialize in global product sourcing, logistics and distribution. Our Hotel Print Management Department is currently seeking a Customer Service Account Manager (CSAM) to join our growing company.
GSSI CSAM have the purpose of achieving objectives by solving problems and accomplishing tasks to ultimately making a difference for our clients, partners and colleagues. CSAM also adapt to changes in order to assist our clients’ businesses to be more profitable by being a partner in their printing needs.
This role will report directly to the General Manager, Asia Pacific based in Suzhou, China.
The position will entail the following responsibilities but not limited to:
Assignments and Responsibilities:
? Coordinating and executing account management and customer service activities, including order management, customer communications, resolution of complaints and special handling tasks, etc. for Asia Pacific clients (5-star hotels)
? Achieving and maintaining customer satisfaction while ensuring internal processes and procedures are rigorously respected
? Developing new business relationships to achieve sales targets
? Building and maintaining client relationships by assisting clients in placing orders efficiently, providing instructions on the use of online ERP system, responding to inquiries on a timely basis, managing the client orders through the ERP system to meet customer requirements and AP commitments, and communicating any changes in order status quickly to clients
? Coordinate and maintain effective communications with different departments and cross-functional groups concerning customer requirements, issues, feedback, etc. as appropriate
? Manage export specific (documentation) requirements; preparation of customs/legalization documents if for export purposes
? Coordinate and maintain effective communication with third parties like forwarders, warehouses and custom offices to ensure On-Time Delivery
? Maintain & update records/files (quotation folder, order history, contract review and delivery note etc.)
Qualifications:
? Degree in Business or other related field
? Fluent in professional business communication in English and Chinese, both written and spoken
? At least 3 years of working experience
? ERP experience is highly preferred
? Hotel or Hospitality experience highly beneficial
? Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook)
? Ability to communicate production updates, problems, and provide resourceful and creative solutions to most production issues.2
? Ability to demonstrate strong problem solving skills, good organizational skills
? Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic team environment
