Job description:
? Responsible for new product design and development, for APB-Mi electric brake (Automated Parking Brake Motor-on-Caliper, with ESP integrated).
? Support quote activities, response to customer specification by developing technical proposal and demonstrate if the requirement could be met or not.
? In charge of product design (3D and 2D) and drawing release by following design guideline library
? Responsible of the work package: Offer drawing / TCD (Project Technical Customer Documentation) / DVP (Design Verification Plan) / DFMEA (Design Failure Mode and Effect Analysis)
? Coordinate with test engineer to issue test request (RFT), plan validation test, analyze test result and solve problems.
? Technical interface with Tier-2 suppliers to meet technique, planning and cost objectives
? Coordinate with manufacturing plants to ensure the quality of prototype and serial product
? Work in coordination with project manager to communicate any specification or quality changes and all risks in time
?Provide product expertise to other functions (e.g. sourcing, problem solving etc.)

Requirements:
? More than 3 years related work experiences
? Bachelor degree in mechanical or mecaelectronic engineering or related field, major in auto engineering preferred
? Good knowledge of mecaelectronic engineering and manufaturing techniques
? Capable to use CAD tools (Catia V5, Pro-Engineer or Solidework)
? Good knowledge about product developing process
? Strong analytical and problem solving skills
? Good oral and written English
