Overview:
Develop and implement HR procedures and systems with the objective of meeting TE Energy objectives and supporting Kunshan's business needs within Corporate guidelines and local regulations.
Job Responsibility:
Lead, plan and conduct recruitment activities through different channels such as job fairs, online job market, campus, and executive searching firm etc., analysis the recruiting effectiveness and allocate resources properly;
Establish and polish on-boarding process, maintain HR dash-board;
Take initiative on employee retention improvement and employment issues;
Coordinate on the yearly training programs for plant staff.
Conduct employee activities to enhance cohesion for the plants: be in charge of monthly, quarterly and yearly employee activities organizing, such as annual dinner; building up efficient internal communication channel between employees and company management team.
Qualification requirements:
Bachelor degree or above; major in Human Resources or English is preferred;
Min 7 years relevant experience in Human resource management and at least 3 years hands on experience in staffing;
Demonstrated expertise in staffing, project recruitment experiences are preferable;
Be familiar with overall HR functions and have good understanding of personnel issues such as social insurance, housing found, work injury handle, maternity, medical and so on, having related experience is a plus;
Result oriented, down to earth manner, excellent planning, analysis, communication and problem solving, strong team spirit, professionalism, sense of service;
Good command of English both in speaking and writing;
Good command of MS office software.
