Which professional requirements must the applicant fulfil?
？ Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Quality engineering
？ Minimum 5years professional experience in a automotive company
？ Good experience in ISO/TS16949 quality management system running
？ Good experience in APQP,PPAP,FMEA,SPC, MSA, and 8D method
？ Good communication skills and Good skills in English reading and writing
？ Good knowledge for customer complain handling and supplier quality assurance

Job Responsibility
？ Supplier quality management
？ Cooperate with sourcing and RD department to evaluate, audit and select the new supplier
？ Give requirements to supplier, support them prepare the PPAP documents
？ Supplier PPAP documentations review and approval
？ Initial sample preparation: ensure the checking equipment, method, work instruction, audit plan and worksheet are ready and train inspector
？ Supporting incoming inspection activity with instructions, gages, tools, etc.
？ Monitoring supplier performance , follow-up the top failure issues, take preventive actions & corrective actions for monthly top issues
？ Supplier process audits planning and implementation
？ Leading the resolution & prevention of supplier related quality concerns
？ Supporting the supplier defect cost chargeback with quality issues confirmation and data collection etc.
？ Production quality management
？ Develop new product projects APQP planning to plan and preventive quality activities, review and active participation on process flow chart, PFMEA, control plan
？ PPAP preparation for new production/EC
？ Supporting finish goods inspection activity with instructions, gages, tools etc.
？ Daily on-line problem solving and quality improvement activities (including NG parts analysis & RA )
？ Support manufacturing department to continuous improve line first-pass-yield and continuous reduce internal failure cost
？ Make QZ test plan for all customers and deliver reports
？ Make the MSA plan and organize implementation
？ Customer quality management
？ Take the leader to handle all customer concerns and claims internally and externally
？ Coordinate the investigation and analysis of customer complaints ,and provide
analysis report
？ Push, develop and promotion of problem solving process in plant
？ Develop and maintain good working relationship with customer quality and engineer
associates
？ Ensure customer data analysis maintained based on QS requirements
？ Coordinate customer audit
？ Monitor quality performance of customer claims and external failure cost, propose
proper actions to continuous improve towards quality targets
？ Support compliance to ISO/TS16949 requirements
？ Support meeting plant and departmental goals and objectives
