职位描述：
Main Accountabilities:
1. Purchase non production material, service for Mahle Suzhou Compressor plant
2. Negotiate with supplier purchasing agreement.
3. Conduct external supplier sourcing decisions
4. Perform regular market survey/benchmark to secure best market available supply & service.
5. Setup and implement supplier/commodity strategy for the responsible commodity. Coordinate the related works with regional and global function/department
6. Define supplier panels; ensure master contracts are closed; participate in main negotiations for Mahle China
7. Develop and implement cost reduction plan according to the commodity strategy Support to solve supplier related issue in delivery, quality, service, etc.
8. Continuous Improvement on supplier performance
9. Individual tasks from the Superior


Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree with a major in engineering/Business administration
2. 1 – 3 years of Non Production Material Purchasing experience in manufactory, commodity management of automobile industry experience is a plus.
3. SAP skill on MM or other modules is a plus
4. Good negotiation and communication skill, good cross-function team cooperation ability
5. Strong sense of self-motivation and responsibility.
