RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Recruiting/Staffing Operational Support
Provide recruiting support to customers, including position kick-off meeting with hiring mgr, cv screening, interview,
candidate assessment, selection advice, reference check and offering.
2. Recruiting /Staffing Plan
Work with BU/Corporate HRBP and Business Managers to develop the recruiting/staffing plan. Analyze the plan vs
resources, and work out the talent acquisition strategies.
3. Recruiting/Staffing Process Management
Use and maintain the global staffing system, ICIMS for recruiting process, including job posting, vendor connection,
recruiting activities follow up, job closing, etc.
4. Recruiting/Staffing Projects
Take lead or participate in any assigned projects, such as Staffing TEOA project, Internal Talent Movement project,
etc.
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Education, Technical Qualification & Experience
1) Bachelor degree or above
2) 5 years and above HR related experiences
2. Personal Attributes & Competencies
1) Good communication skill
2) Good command of English
3) Strategic thinker
4) Ability to drive and execute on priorities
5) Customer focus
6) Sense of accountability
7) Can work under pressure
