Job Summary
This job involves the following activities:
1. Assist planning manager in demand analysis and S&OP preparation, work out by month by SKU demand forecast, and submit to system
2. Lead supply review with central planning team and sourcing site, align replenishment based on demand forecast and safety stock setting, to avoid out of stock and non-performing inventory
3. Assist planning manager to work out new initiative & slide in slide out demand forecast, and ensure supply readiness; lead post-launch tracking and review
4. Assist planning manager in slow-moving inventory analysis and liquidation
5. Lead monthly scorecard review and gap analysis
6. Work with multi-function team in other planning related operation
Job qualifications
1. High school diploma; Further education or certification is preferred
2. Minimum 2 years’ experience in planning work, FMCG or beauty company preferred
3. Proven learning capability and agility
4. Excellent skill in data analysis and excel
