职位描述：
岗位职责：

1、分析自动化市场的变化及发展趋势，重点了解华东地区潜在客户的需求及设备投资趋势

Analyze the changes and trend in automation market, especially collect the investment plan of the potential customers in Shanghai and neighboring region

2、 开发这些客户使公司成为他们的主要自动化设备供应商

Develop business in the region and make the company become major automation equipment suppliers to the customers in the region

3、 与公司一道制定业务计划及目标并尽全力完成销售计划

Define with company the business plan and goal, do all the best to turn the business plan into reality

4、开发客户和维护好客户

Develop and maintain customer base

5、 完成公司制定及其它考核指标

Reach other quality KPIs specified in business plan

 

任职要求：

1、本科以上学历，必须具备学士或学士以上的学位

Bachelor’s degree or above，Bachelor’s degree or above is required

2、 机电一体化、机械设计、或自动化业务相关专业毕业

Major in mechatronics, mechanics or automation related disciplines

3、 具有非标自动化业务经历，从事过销售工作、特别是熟悉组装及测试、机器人应用等业务者优先

Experience in non-standard automation equipment business. Preferred with sales function, especially experiences in automatic assembly and testing business or robot application business

4、具备强烈赢取订单的业务意识

With strong business sense to win the completion for orders

5、具备独立工作的能力

Capable of working independently

6、良好的举止

Good working manner

7、沟通能力强

Strong communication capabilities

8、英语良好、具备较好的书面和口头表达能力

Good English speaking and writing capabilities
