岗位职责

Job Responsibility

a. Initiate material plan or forecast on weekly basis based on Master Production Schedule, communicate with supplier effectively and timely.依据主生产计划以周为单位制定物料需求计划（物料需求预测），并与供应商及时有效的沟通。

b. Initiate PO or combined PO to make sure supplier to accomplish delivery schedule punctually and in required quantity.

制定订单或合并订单，确保供应商准时并依据指定数量达成交货计划。

c. Follow up material order process, and supplier claim process with SQA or Advanced Purchaser strictly.

严格执行物料订购流程，以及供应商索赔流程（与供应商质量管理人员或前期采购人员）。

d. Control material inventory,through slow moving monitoring, consequently implement countermeasure to Improve, such as adjust material planning etc.

通过对物料移动状态的跟踪，来及时控制库存，并采取措施进行改善如调整物料计划等。

e. Submit supplier delivery performance database on monthly basis to Supplier quality management timely.

每月及时提交供应商交货成绩数据给供应商质量管理部门。

f. Responsible for obsolesce due to bad material planning or mistakes.

对由于物料计划问题或人为差错而产生的呆滞品负责。
