职位要求:
1. University degree or equivalent in relevant discipline.
2. Minimum 5 years demonstrable sales performance management and experience in selling in a strategic manner.
3. Experience selling at senior level with international customers
4. Excellent sales specialist with successful track record of implementation and delivery
5. Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
6. Preferably working knowledge and technical understanding of Worldmark products, markets and customers (not critical)
7. Ability to identify customer DMP and key decision takers
8. Track record of creating and executing plans to win significant new business.
9. Eager to learn and develop commercial skills in a fast paced global business
10. Willing to work in a team and matrix environment, sharing knowledge and skill.
11. Must be fluent in written and oral English
12. Will be remotely based so having a car is preferable
13. Be able to cover Shanghai / Kunshan area
职位职责:
To manage existing business and identify new opportunities within clearly identified customers in the region
To identify and define key programs within the region
To identify, introduce and sell existing technologies and certain new concepts within the region
To create business cases for new opportunities
To compile regular weekly and monthly reports on sales activities and customer visits.
To identify any cost reduction opportunities
To develop and grow long term business relationships with customers
To gather information and communicate activities within the accounts, market activities and intelligence to sales colleagues and to the Global Account Director
To implement and contribute to monthly customer satisfaction reviews
To ensure the sales platform is continuously updated with appropriate information
To develop excellent working relationships right across the Worldmark matrix organization, understanding how to influence colleagues, how to put across points of view in a clear and concise manner and knowing how to be deeply engaged with colleagues right across the business.
