职位描述:
1. 充分分析并理解客户需求,解读职位描述;
Fully analyze and understand client requirements including Job Descriptions;
2. 根据职位描述为客户寻找合适的候选人,多渠道开展寻访工作;
According to JD, search for appropriate candidates through multiple channels;
3. 负责整个职位操作的过程管理,包括候选人资料的搜寻,简历筛选,沟通面试,评估,形成候选人推荐报告;
Take all candidate management responsibilities including searching for candidates, screening the CVs, conduction interviews and finishing recommended reports;
4. 提交给客户方候选人推荐报告,与客户保持积极、有效的沟通,追踪和推进职位进展;
Deliver recommended reports to clients, have positive and effective communication with clients, clear follow-up and trust.
5. 协调客户与候选人之间的沟通,面试安排,薪金协调,背景调查,帮助候选人成功入职;
Coordinate the communications between clients and candidates, including interview arrangement, package agreement,background survey and place candidates successfully;
6. 与客户和候选人保持密切联系和沟通,使入职的候选人成功渡过试用期;
Keep close touch with clients and candidates, helping candidates go through their probation period;
7. 积极完成所承担的组别招聘任务, 达成个人各项月度、季度或年度任务目标;
Consistently meet or exceed targets,example for monthly,quarterly or yearly;
Requirements:
1. 本科以上学历,专业不限,2-3年猎头背景,有猎头、销售、HR招聘工作背景的优先,并熟悉猎头行业基本服务流程;
Bachelor degree required (any major), 2-3 years recruitment working experience needed, Prefer someone with recruitment, sales, HR background and familiar with the recruitment process;
2. 熟悉候选人寻访途径和具有甄选候选人的经验技巧;
Familiar with candidates searching channels and qualifying candidates;
3. 良好的表达沟通能力和职业道德观,具有客户服务积极意识;
Good communication skills, professional ethics and values. Have an awareness of positive customer service;
