职位描述：
1. 与国外工程师沟通合作，按照业主设计制造要求，理解图纸和技术信息，并给出最切合实际的检测方案，保证生产进度。并能以清晰、简明的方式进行口头和书面沟通，能准确和完整地将信息传达给同事以及业主。
2.作为工业计量技术支持团队的负责人，有责任带领团队为用户提供高质量的技术服务。同时，需要对所有测量项目的方案实施和最终交付成果负责。
3.在工业计量，测绘理论与应用方面都有全面深入的了解；
4.具备缜密的逻辑分析思维和较强的解决问题的能力，较强的技术文档撰写能力，能记录和提炼问题解决的工作流程和步骤
5.有SA，polyworks等计量软件的使用经验

1.具备较强的领导力和团队管理技能；
2.具备较强的项目管理能力，对项目进度、人力协调进行有效管理；
3.在工业检测的获取和处理方面拥有丰富的实践经验；
4.指导技术人员完成日常数据处理工作和技术问题解决；
