职位描述：
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Project management of equipment and facilities
? Capacity planning and customer demand analysis, to review volume CT,OEE,HC and update every quarterly
? Customer audit for capacity analysis, new equipment file
? CAPEX budget and invest planning in industrialization, and monthly tracking
? Issue equipment specifications, to review design with suppliers
? Develop new equipment suppliers
? Equipment suppliers audit and assessment
? Issue equipment purchase contracts
? Equipment procurement and timing line follow-up
? Equipment pre-acceptance in supplier and on time deliver
? Equipment installation supervision for 5S,LOTO,engineering quality, progress
? Equipment commissioning supervision and validation
? Issue process cells layout, logistic areas layout ,plant layout
? Plant productivity improvement, equipment upgrade and modifications be optimization CT and OEE, SMED on new product lines
? New equipment safety implement GPMAN standard and current equipment improvement and modification for ensure safety
? Basic design documents

MAIN QUALIFICATIONS:
? Mechanical or Electrical or Automation Bachelor
? Min. 3 years similar experience in automotive industry, experience in multinational company is a plus
? Knowledge of PC applications, auto CAD
? Good communicator
? Chinese speaker with high command of English
