Reports To: Engineering Manager
Dot Line Report To: PM
Job Summary
1. Be responsible for the product manufacture.
2. Handle and implement overall technical issue on product of CFT’s to meet customer technical request fully.
3. ECO overall owner, and implement ECO for products to meet internal and external request.
4. Improve process and quality to meet customer and internal target for products which are assigned in CFT.
5. Continuously improve the production efficiency.

Principal Responsibilities
1. Dedicated to responsible area in CFT in order to achieve the goals of CFT
2. Product: Coordinate and track all technical activities for CFT’s customer; ensure product can meet the requirement from CFT’s customer, major task include RFQ, NRE, BOM, DFM, ECO, RMA and so on.
3. Process: Cooperate with team to define new process and process flow based on product; prepare process related tooling/fixture and documents such as PPAP, FMEA, WI, etc.; problem solving on line.
4. Quality: Cooperate with other team and improve process and quality for CFT’s product.
5. Material: Coordination or owner for qualification of customized part, support SQE and IQA to settle raw material quality issue.
6. Communication: Communicate technical issue with customer; share customer information to CFT.
7. Lean: Optimize process efficiency/productivity based on Lean concept.
8. Other tasks assigned by superior

Qualifications & Experience
1. Education and Major: College degree or above, Major in EE or other relevant subject.
2. Working Experience: At least 3 years hands-on experience on Product Engineer preferably in the electronics assembly industry; experience in an EMS industry will be an advantage.
3. General Requirements: Strong Knowledge in SMT and HMD process; familiar with IPC-610, FMEA and SPC; have knowledge of ISO quality system; good communication skills; good English both in written and oral; experience on Lean Manufacturing., knowledge in quotation and box building
4. Special skills: PPAP, DOE and Six Sigma are plus; J-STD-001 and others are plus; Know potting and conformal coating process are plus.
5. Personality: Be logical and systematic; be a team player with can-do attitude; be responsible and adaptable to high pressure. 举报 分享
