职位描述：
Setting out the strategic guidelines of the business unit, defining his/her product-market policies, laying down the trade-related, productive and technically-developed objectives, managing and optimizing the set of the technical and productive resources, and leading the development of the professionals of the business unit in the context of the cooperative management model.
Main Responsiblities:
1. Participating in drawing up the strategies of the cooperative and putting forward, on the basis of them, the strategies and objectives for the development of the business unit, coordinating actions with other bushiness units of the cooperative.
2. Formulating the management plan of the business unit, managing the economic, productive and human resources allocated to it.
3.Drawing up, starting from the systematic analysis of the market, the competititon and trends in the technological and product development sector, the product-market policies to be developed in the business unit.
4.Defining and ensuring the compliance with the objectives of the Business Unit.
5.Proposing the policies for action in terms of improvement, innovation and development of new products as well as the R+D projects to be developed for the business unit, carrying out their direction, supervision and follow-up.
6.Managing the plants located abroad: creation, definition of policies and follow-up
7.Maintaining relations with clients and suppliers as well as negotiating critical issues of his/her scope of responsibility at an executive level
8.Coordinating the different areas of the business unit and articulating processes of relationship with common and supporting services.
9.Enhancing the development of the members of his/her team of collaborators, fulfilling the guidelines and systematic processes of the persons management model drawn, in order to achieve their best contribution, involvement and satisfaction.
10.Complying with and making comply the policy of the management systems, whether in terms of quality, environmental aspects or in that referred to the considerations provided by the relevant legislation on prevention, occupational health and safety.

Requirements:
1. 3+ years production management experience;
2. Rubber/mixing industry preferrable
3. Fluent English
4. Be able to travel to Spain
