职位描述：
Job Title: Sales Manager

Reports to: General Manager

Direct Reports: None (however, will be supported by Customer Service)

Purpose of the Job: Active market development, account management, reporting

Products to be Sold: Machined parts and profiles made of thermoplastic and composite materials – used in food processing, packaging, wind energy, electronics, electrical and other machinery industries.

Duties:
- Market research
- Customer acquisition
- Technical clarification, offer, commercial negotiations, order/contract
- Main contact person for customer including until after delivery
- Sales forecasts
- Competitor analysis

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years sales experience, preferably with plastics, in related industries
- Minimum 5 years working experience
- University Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or related fields
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Excellent communication skill between internal production team and customers.
- Outgoing, dynamic and independent personality with a high level of team spirit and interpersonal skills as well as a strong sense of responsibility.
