Job Title：International Teacher Sourcing Specialist (Foreign Applicants Preferred)
Job Responsibility:
? Developing new recruitment channels (at least 3 per month for the first year)
? Maintaining current recruitment channels
? Monthly recruitment targets:
o Contacting applicants (at least 50 per month)
o Conducting interviews (at least 15 per month)
o Hiring new native English speaking teachers (targets set monthly)
o Hiring new non-native English speaking teachers (targets set monthly)
? Compensation and benefits administration, including calculating full-time teacher salaries
? Assisting with communication between teachers and client school
? Maintaining teacher relationships
? Publishing monthly newsletter and thrice-weekly wechat group announcements
? Employee on-boarding, training, development and needs assessment
? Team building and social event planning
? Assisting with policy and rules development and ensuring teacher compliance
? Inter-departmental cooperation, assisting sales teams meet their revenue targets
