Primary Responsibilities:
1. Preparing documents, correspondence, reports and contract in a timely and accurate manner
2. Assistance required for vendor communication and documentation of sourcing enquiries
3. Contracting and document retention for Assets and service procurement
4. Data summary for Bidding results
5. Other tasks assigned by direct manager or relevant buyers.
Qualifications Required:
1. Fluent in written and verbal English
2. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel spreadsheet and WORD.
3. Willing to learn new things, outgoing, team player, and able to work under limited supervision.
4. Capable of working basically 2-3 full days each week
