Responsibilities:
Responsible for department daily management&human management.
Responsible for receiving inspection,Process products inspection,OQA,Precision measurement,NDT etc.
Responsible for non-conforming product treatment and do prevent and corrective action plan,and publish the monthly scrap analysis report,and publish the customer complaint report.
In charge of Receiving inspection
Incoming, in process quality control.
Handle customer complaints and customer quality audit.
Organize cross functional quality improvement team and afterwards execution follow-up.
Requirement:
-B.S
-More than 8 years working experience in quality management,3 years in managerial position at least
-Experienced in process quality control
-Experienced in customer complaints quality management
-Automotive,Mechanical,or Electronic industry quality control experience
-Familiar with quality tools (QC 7-tools/FMEA/6-SIGMA/CONTROL PLAN/MSA/DOE/SPC)
-Good team work spiril and leadership skill
-Fluent in English
