职位描述：
1.Work with Product specialist on new product development and quality control/assurance of existing products with Product Specialist. 与业务员一同开发新产品，管控并确保现有产品的品质
2.Review the RFQ and the factory quotation for accuracy and comprehensiveness. 审核报价
3.Take the primary responsibility for ensuring correct Pre-Production Sample prepared and ensuring thorough Production Specification Sheet and Quality Assurance Plan made.负责打样，确认规格书和品质保证计划
4.Conduct First Production Approval, make sure each critical manufacturing process is well set-up and quality assurance plan is carried out.跟踪首样，确保制程和质量保障
5.Perform Product Inspection and Testing at factories.产品检验和测试
6.Train the QA Technician for related product knowledge before they are assigned to do the IQC/IPQC and PSI.培训品检员相关产品知识，以进行进料/制程/出货检验
7.Provide technical assistance and support to Customer, Product Specialist and QA Technician and Factories.为客户/业务/品检员/供应商提供技术支持
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor’s degree on engineering （mechanical engineering is preferred）.
2.two-year minimum experience on new product development and quality engineering. Have good knowledge on various manufacturing processes （stamping, injection molding, machining, assembling, etc.）.
3.Good reading/writing English is required, fluent speaking English is a plus.
4.Skilled with AutoCAD or other related computer aided design software （Pro-E, Solidworks, UG, etc.）；
5.Team Player, willing to learn. Willing to take challenge and work under pressure.
