职位描述：
岗位职责：
1.Make the SOP according to the  production process, production engineering and quality standards.
2. Investigate and record standard work time according to the work order and production process.
3. Investigate current and identify new production processes to improve production efficiency, repeatability and Right First Time.
4. Investigate and review current factory layout according to the operational requirements.
5.Tracking the products from pilot test to mass production, improve and perfect the relevant process and engineering files.
6. Join in the construction and implementation of the workshop or company program.
7. Continual improvement of production processes according to 5S and lean management
8.Complete task directed by the team leader, on time and to a high standard.
任职要求：
1.Familiar with Pack office, soliworks and cad.
2.Good English on both spoken and written and good communication skill  is plus
