 Key responsibilities主要职责:
- Raw materil, finished goods inspection. 原材料到成品的质量检验
- Creat data for new products. (Inspection instruction, quality record)准备新项目资料(如:检验标准书,质量记录等）
- Quality document, drawing, relation record sort out. 产品质量文件, 图纸,相关记录整理,归档
- Nonconforming goods check, claim, root cause analysis 不合格品确认, 投诉和原因分析。
- Analysis&solve the quality issue in production process 生产现场质量问题分析处理解决
- Training operator regarding product quality standard and finished goods inspection. 对内部员工进行产品质量标准的培训
- Other tasks assigned by manager 部门经理安排的其它工作事项
Requirement要求:
-Over Technical school education. 中专以上学历
- Machnical or plastic product knowledge. 机械或注塑类产品知识.-- 1-2 years QC experence in manufacture field. 1-2年制造业QC工作经验.
- Gauge use skillful. 熟练使用量具
- Can use word, excel software. 会使用Word,Excel软件.
- Nonconforming goods check, claim, root cause analysis 不合格品确认, 投诉和原因分析。
- Analysis&solve the quality issue in production process 生产现场质量问题分析处理解决 .
