Responsibilities:
? Achieve budget sales targets to support customer and company goal according to established business plan
? Set up, develop and execute sales & marketing strategy for responsible automotive customers
? Work with AE to get new inquiry from customers, win new customers
? Manage both internal and external relationships and resources to sell and secure new business
? Fulfill company targeted working capital
? Review customer summary and strategy periodically
? Collect and analyze market and competitor information
? Maintain a sufficient pipeline to ensure consistent sales performance
? Perform other duties as assigned


? University degree or above
? Rich sales experience in automotive industry in a similar role
? Familiar with automotive OEMs & Tier 1 (both international and local customers) as well as passenger car and commercial vehicle clients
? Knowledge of automotive market, automotive quality system and project management
? Understanding of customer specific requirements (customer processes, timing, quality, specifications, payments, purchasing conditions)
? Good capacity of building and maintaining good relationship with key accounts and developing new clients
? Business savvy & commercial awareness, sales-and customer-oriented
? Good at cross-function collaboration
? Good in oral and written Chinese and English, German language is a plus
? Energetic, initiative and self-motivated
? Good communication & negotiation skills
? Strong interpersonal and selling skills
? Strategic thinking, analytic capabilities and good judgment
? Forward thinking, down-to-earth
? Capable to work under high pressure
? Mature, stable and loyal
? Willing to travel
