职位描述：
Main Responsibilities 主要职责
1. Assist QM to consolidate the PPAP planning, and get them well implemented.
A)all customer Quality requirements are understood.
B)all customer quality control items are identified and implemented in production.
C)all customer’s quality acceptance criteria are identified and established.
D) all new programs’ quality tracking and package are managed well.
协助质量经理制定 PPAP计划，并付诸于实施。

D）管理好所有新项目质量追溯和包装
2. To improve plant FTQ and optimize related process for each production line and reduction Quality
Cost.
优化和提高工厂每条生产线的相关工艺和所生产产品的首次合格率来减少质量成本。
3. Formulate and perfect the plant Quality policy and procedures, and ensure them to comply with
policy and strategies of the corporate.
制订、完善质量政策和程序，使之与公司总部的策略相一致。
4. Familiar with operation process of each station in CMF, perform LPA&PCA to ensure all the station of
operations acceptable as Quality Standpoint; Verify all required error proofing equipment well
presence to reduction Quality risk.
熟悉常熟工厂每个岗位的日常操作流程，执行分层审核和过程审核从而确保所有岗位的操作能够符合
质量要求，确认所有要求的防错装置是否有效使用从而降低质量风险。
5. Perform analysis the part of rejects in CMF; assist QM in developing and maintaining AAM’s Quality
Objective”5 Zeros”实施不合格品分析；协助质量经理建立并维护公司的质量目标。
6．To provide technical and conceptual training to those who need them on areas of product quality,
quality compliance, TS16949 concepts, statistical tools, as well as other well known productivity
tools.
提供技术和概念性的培训对那些需要获得产品质量，质量一致性，TS16949概念，统计方法和其他的
运作工具。
7. Make and follow project timing Plan, action Plan and new project 4 square registers
按照项目计划做好自己的工作完成工作计划和项目计划。
8. Communicate and train line operators & QC to perform QM management in their own positions.
与部门经理交流并培训质量检验员和操作工做好本岗位内部的工作。
9. Maintain and update SPC chart, FTQ monthly data collection and analysis and improvement
每月收集原始数据维护并及时更新 SPC 图表、FTQ 并且进行分析加以改进。
10.Customer complaint handling, work closely with customer and provide effective support. Internally, work
with related department to work out effective action plan for customer's complaint in aggressive timeframe.
客户投诉的处理，与客户保持紧密的联系并提供有效的支持，内部，与相关部门就客户的投诉提供
有效的行动计划并按期实施
11. Coordination customer audit and visit, follow up the audit findings and corrective action progress which
find by customer.
客户审核及参观事宜的安排，跟进审核中所发现问题的改进和处理活动。
12. Other assignment that may be required by QM.
完成质量经理交办的其它工作。
Special Working Requirement 特殊工作要求
