职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Supplier quality management including supplier assessment and audit, raw material control and improvement, nonconforming material disposal
2. Control new product/Sample quality. Prepare related documents, reports and submit to customer for review and approval during each stage of new product development
3. Control mass production parts quality and do improvement. Handle quality abnormal case during production.
4. Make and release quality related documents and do training, such as quality control plan, cosmetic criteria and etc.
5. Handle customer complaint
6. Assign inspectors to different work station. Do inspectors performance assessment.
7. Other jobs assigned by quality supervisor

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, majored in Mechanical or related
2. At least 3yrs experience on quality control and quality management in manufacture lines
3. Familiar with the operation of ISO9000 in factory
4. Familiar with the process of quality management, can use the tools of quality management.
5. Excellent communicate skills and can work under pressure
6. Positive and responsible, easygoing and hardworking, have strong skills of analysis and resolve problem
7. Be good at both written and oral English, have strong sense of team spirit.

职责描述:
1. 供应商管理，包括供应商评审和稽核、原材料品质控制和提升、原材料异常处理
2. 样品阶段质量控制，样品每个阶段按客户需求进行相关文件、报告的准备和递交以备客户对样品、样品的生产过程进行审核和批准
3. 量产产品质量控制、提升。品质异常事件处理。
4. 品质相关文件制定和培训，如过程控制计划、外观标准等
5. 客户抱怨处理
6. 检验员工作分配和调配，检验员工作能力评估、考核
7. 上级安排的其他任务
要求:
1. 本科及以上学历，机械相关专业;
2. 3年以上制造行业质量控制与质量管理工作经验；
3. 熟悉ISO9000质量管理体系及其在企业中的运作方法,有内审员资格证书；
4. 熟悉质量管理各项工作及流程；熟练运用质量管理工具；
5. 较强的沟通、协调能力，能承受工作压力；
6. 工作认真负责，严谨细致，有较强的分析解决问题能力；
7. 熟练的英语口语表达能力，较强的团队管理能力。 举报 分享
