职位描述：
Job Responsibility
 
? Schedules and maintains calendar of appointments, meetings and travel itineraries, and coordinates related arrangements.
? Composes and may initiate routine or non-routine correspondence and memoranda.
? Prepares presentation materials.
? Collects and prepares information for use in discussions/meetings of executive staff and outside individuals.
? Screens telephone calls and visitors, and resolves routine and complex inquiries.
? Maintains key distribution and contact lists.
? Handles administrative functions including budgets, bill paying and monitoring, ordering and maintaining supplies/equipment.
? May assist in the planning and execution of logistics for company meetings, special events, and other promotional events.
? Assists in food and beverage selection as well as makes arrangements for audio-visual, transportation and other services.
? Keeps track of all expenses and assists in conducting reconciliation and preparing reports on activities costs.
? May provide administrative support to groups/departments reporting to GM.

Job Requirements

? University bachelor degree & above.
? Fresh graduate is acceptable.
? Result oriented and self-managed, complete assignments on time; strong organizational, planning and implementation skills
? Ability to deal tactfully and confidently with relationship of internal staff at all functions and all organizational levels
? Excellent English & Mandarin communication skills. Must be able to effectively communicate with other both written & orally, including via telephone.
? Proactive attitude. Matured personality and good interpersonal skills.
