Accelerate your career and challenge your commercial drive in a dynamic and truly international position. The successful candidate will assume business responsibility for our SalesForce.com& ServiceMax CRM solution spanning Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Sales applications. You will work hand-in-hand with end-users, super-users, as well as various group functions including Global Sales Excellence, and we expect you to keep a healthy balance between capturing new business requirements, providing world-class support to user communities, and supporting successful adoption and new deployments in the region.
You will be responsible for these four main areas:
Support super & end-users in the region
? Provide structured & responsive user support via ticketing system across all Salesforce.com applications
? Manage regional change requests as part of a Salesforce.com global governance model
? Train Super Users and support end user training
? Create and maintain training material for new/existing functionality
Capture new business requirements & track/drive end-user adoption
? Continuously track user adoption metrics in the region, and support business leaders with insight
? Periodically capture, prioritize, and detail new business requirements in collaboration with Group IT for review by the global Governance board
? Collaborate with Group IT on design and testing of new functionality
Act as regional CRM sparring partner to business functions
? Work with Global CRM team & business functions to review & plan development roadmap
? Prepare & facilitate workshops with members of the sales organisation
? Provide input and insight into the future digital customer architecture of Nilfisk
Support future deployment activities
? Support the region-wide roll-out of new Salesforce.com applications and/or new markets
As this is a truly international role, you should expect significant travel (up to 30 travel days per year)
