Responsibilities
? According with the company strategic development, design and carry out the human resource strategic plan.
? In charge of the company organization chart, personnel arrangement, personnel optimization.
? Direct and advance the human resource recruiting, training, salary, performance management, employee relation management system, to insure the good development of HR.
? Settle the labor relation part issue of the employee labor disputation, to maintain the company benefit.
? Establish, carry out and maintain the company employee handbook and the company policy and regulations.
? Make the employee inspirit method, benefit policy, announce the company culture.
? Design the salary system and do the salary management.
? Do the monthly and yearly human resource relative reports.
? Optimize the admin. Management process
? Design and organize the company activities.
Requirement
? Bachelor's degree, major in Human Resources Management/Business Administration or equivalent.
? At least 8 years work experience. Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills.Good organizational and planning abilities
? Has the experience of set up, implement and improve the HRM system.
? Rich HRM theory knowledge and practice operation experience.
? Familiar with the national labor law and rule. Familiar with the salary, recruiting, HRM, performance assessment, training functions.
? Team cooperation spirit, appetency, and strong responsibility.
? Strong organization coordination ability and communication ability.
? Can work under the pressure.
? Good English level.
